Registration Information
Registration can be completed online. We encourage you to register early as registration is done on a first come, first serve basis. Space for each camp is limited and many camp sessions fill up quickly.
DISCOUNT OPPORTUNITIES
- Early Bird Discount
- $25 off if registered AND PAID IN FULL by Feb 28, 2025.
- Sibling Discount
- The third child and subsequent children from the same immediate family each receive a $25 discount (all registrations must be submitted together to qualify).
- Referral Discount
- A returning camper bringing a friend who has not attended RRBC in the past three years will receive a $25 discount for both themselves and their friend. Referral cannot be taken within the same immediate family; maximum of one discount per camper.
- Free T-Shirt
- Free T-Shirt if registered and paid in full by March 31, 2025.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Visa and Mastercard are accepted over the phone.
For both cheques & e-trasnfers, please include your childs name and "Summer _Year_" in the memo
- Please make cheques payable to Roseau River Bible Camp.
- E-transfers can be sent to etransfers@roseauriver.ca.
- Payment options when arriving at camp are: Interac, Visa, Mastercard, cash and cheque.
DEPOSITS & REFUNDS
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required with each camper registration. Except for illness, no refunds will be given to campers who leave early. All refund requests must be submitted to the camp office by September 10, 2025.

CAMP OPENING & CLOSING
Registration for overnight campers will be 4-5:15 pm. Sign in for day campers will be 9-9:30 am. You will receive more details pertaining to this in your confirmation email after the camper registration has been finished.
HEALTH & SPECIAL NEEDS
We are committed to providing a safe, wholesome and enjoyable camping experience for your child. Please let us know of any allergies, dietary needs, medication, or special needs on the camper registration form. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. TUCK
Campers have the opportunity to purchase snacks from the Two Sisters Tuck Shop once a day. A tuck allowance is included in all summer camp registration fees. Camp merch can be purchased at the beginning or end of camp.
PACKING FOR CAMP
What to bring...
- Reusable water bottle
- Clothing appropriate for the weather
- Shirts, shorts, pants, sweater, socks, underwear, pajamas
- Modest swimwear (no bikinis, short tankinis, speedos, etc)
- Good quality athletic shoes and flip-flops/sandals
- Hats are encouraged for hot days
- Long pants, socks, and closed-toe shoes or boots are required for Horsemanship, Slingshot Paintball and Survival
- Closed tow shoes are required for BMX and Ropes
- Bedding: pillow, sheets and blanket or sleeping bag
- Swim towel
- Bible, pen, and notepad
- Toiletries: toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, wash cloth, towel
- Sunscreen and bug spray
Campers that wish to bring cameras must have permission from the office upon arrival at camp, and are required to keep their camera in the office when not in use and are NOT permitted to take pictures in cabins or washrooms.
Prohibited items (DO NOT PACK)...
- Electronic devices
- Including but not limited to mobile phones, smart devices, music players, headphones
- Tobacco, cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, e-cigarettes, vapes, alcoholic beverages, cannabis, illegal drugs, weapons (including but not limited to firearms and knives)
- Cash or other valuables (please turn into the camp office for safekeeping)
- Offensive or inappropriate clothing
- Candy, snacks, etc (no outside food on camp property, may cause allergic reaction)
