Registration Information
Registration can be completed online or by mailing your registration form to the camp. We encourage you to register early as registration is done on a first come, first serve basis. Space for each camp is limited and many camp sessions fill up quickly.
DISCOUNT OPPORTUNITIES
- Early Bird
- Register and pay in full by February 28 to receive a $20 discount. Pay in full by March 31 to receive a free camp T-shirt.
- Family Discount
- The third child and subsequent children from the same family each receive a $25 discount (all registrations must be submitted together to qualify).
- Referral Discount
- A returning camper bringing a friend who has not attended RRBC in the past three years will receive a $20 discount for both themselves and their friend. Referral cannot be taken within the same immediate family; maximum of one discount per camper.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Visa and Mastercard are accepted through the online registration portal.

- Payment options when arriving at camp are: Interac, Visa, Mastercard, and cheque.
DEPOSITS & REFUNDS
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required with each camper registration. Except for illness, no refunds will be given to campers who leave early. All refund requests must be submitted to the camp office by September 1, 2020.

CAMP OPENING & CLOSING
Registration will take place between 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm on the opening day of camp. Campers and their families are welcome to arrive at 3:30 pm for family fun activities (please do not arrive early). Supper is provided for campers.
Parents are invited to attend the closing program on the final day of camp. For camps ending Thursday or Friday, the program begins at 6:00 pm; supper will be provided for your entire family. Senior Teen Camp will end on Saturday, with the program starting at 10:00 am.
HEALTH & SPECIAL NEEDS
We are committed to providing a safe, wholesome and enjoyable camping experience for your child. Please let us know of any allergies, dietary needs, medication, or special needs on the camper registration form. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. TRANSPORTATION
Bus transportation is available to and from all summer camps. The cost is $125 per camper and arrangements are made on an individual basis. If you are interested, please indicate the closest location on your registration form.
TUCK
Campers have the opportunity to purchase snacks from the tuck shop once a day. A tuck allowance is included in summer camp, fanatic camp, and SLT registration fees. Items such as camp clothing and picture CDs can be purchased at the beginning or end of camp.
PACKING FOR CAMP
What to bring...
- Clothing appropriate for the weather
- Shirts, shorts, pants, sweater, socks, underwear, pajamas
- Modest swimwear (no bikinis, short tankinis, speedos , etc)
- Good quality athletic shoes and flip-flops/sandals
- Hats are encouraged on hot days
- Long pants, socks, and closed-toe shoes or boots are required for riding horses and certain outdoor skills.
- Bedding: pillow, sheets and blanket or sleeping bag
- Swim towel
- Bible, pen, and notepad
- Toiletries: toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, wash cloth, towel
- Sunscreen and bug spray
- Reusable water bottle
- Flashlight
Don't bring...
- Electronic devices
- Including but not limited to mobile phones, music players, cameras, headphones
- Prohibited items
- Tobacco, cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, alcoholic beverages, cannabis, illegal drugs, weapons (including firearms and knives)
- Cash or other valuables (please turn into the camp office for safekeeping)
- Offensive or inappropriate clothing
- Candy, snacks, etc (no food in cabins)
