To book your retreat or event at RRBC, please complete the following steps:
Download and read through the Retreat Information & Application package for more detailed information regarding our various retreat packages and the options available to you. It also includes our rental policies and pricing.
Contact the camp director (Rod Reimer) to tentatively book your group for the desired time slot. Camp rentals are booked on a first come, first serve basis.
Complete the Retreat Contract Form and return it, along with your deposit, within three weeks of the tentative booking. You will be issued a receipt and a confirmation letter upon review and acceptance of the retreat contract.
Stay in contact with RRBC as the retreat date approaches to notify of any changes or questions.
