Roseau River Bible Camp is looking for volunteers to help make the camp experience memorable for each child.  We have needs in several areas, but they generally breakdown into three categories: Cabin & Skill Leaders, Support Workers, and the Leadership Team.  Summer camp workers are not offered any salary, although a weekly honorarium is usually offered.

Cabin & skill leaders are the front line missionaries in the camp ministry.  They lead the campers through the daily activities and have the opportunity to make a direct impact in each camper's life.

To become a cabin and/or skill leader, applicants must:

• Have a genuine love and concern for children.
• Know Jesus as their personal Lord and Saviour.
• Be in fellowship with a local congregation.
• Be 16 years of age or older.
• Be faithful and humble servants.
• Be willing to work in harmony with others, under the direction of camp leadership.
• Attend the CSSM Summer Missionary Training Retreat (held in late June).
• Authorize a Child Abuse Registry check.
  
  

Support Workers work behind the scenes to make sure camp runs smoothly and that each camper's experience is the best it can be.  There are many positions that need to be filled each week:

Workers must come with a servant attitude and be able to work in harmony with others, under the direction of camp leadership.  The camp is flexible to individuals, couples, and families interested in spending a couple of days, a full week, or the entire summer serving at camp.  For more information on current staffing needs or if you have any questions, please contact the camp director.

Leadership Staff

Roseau River Bible Camp places an emphasis on skill and leadership development. Those with camp and/or ministry experience,  who are looking to take on more responsibility, and who possess the required skills may be interested in joining the summer camp leadership team.  This team works with and under the direction of the full-time leadership staff during the summer months and includes the following positions:

• Head Lifeguard
• Head Wrangler
• Head Cook
• SLT Leader
