Cabin & Skill Leaders
Cabin & skill leaders are the front line missionaries in the camp ministry. They lead the campers through the daily activities and have the opportunity to make a direct impact in each camper's life.
To become a cabin and/or skill leader, applicants must:
Support Workers work behind the scenes to make sure camp runs smoothly and that each camper's experience is the best it can be. There are many positions that need to be filled each week:
Workers must come with a servant attitude and be able to work in harmony with others, under the direction of camp leadership. The camp is flexible to individuals, couples, and families interested in spending a couple of days, a full week, or the entire summer serving at camp. Roseau River Bible Camp places an emphasis on skill and leadership development. Those with camp and/or ministry experience, who are looking to take on more responsibility, and who possess the required skills may be interested in joining the summer camp leadership team. This team works with and under the direction of the full-time leadership staff during the summer months and includes the following positions:
