Servant Leadership Training
Get ready to grow! Servant Leadership Training (SLT) is RRBC's intentional discipleship program that will help you grow in faith and service. Through each tier of SLT, you will learn to share your faith, overcome the challenges of life, and learn about being a camp leader.

WORK CREW - application required Applicants must be 14 by start of session. Youth will gain hands-on experience, as they clean washrooms and do yard work under the mentorship of Christian leaders. Our hope is through this environment of guided practical service they will develop a servant heart and lay a good foundation for further service both at camp, in their community and home Church. To further this goal of laying a good foundation, the Work Crew will also engage in one hour a day of focused bible teaching in addition to the regular chapel sessions. Graduates of Work Crew may be given priority when applying for SLT. Maximum 4 boys & 4-6 girls per session |

SLT - Cabin leader, wrangler, maintenance training application required SLT Wrangler & Maintenance suggested age for both sessions is 16 Applicants must be required age by start of session. Youth will gain leadership skills and grow their relationship with God as they learn a specific role that they work toward for two weeks, then putting into practice in their third week. Week one will be spent studying, learning about God and growing together as a team. Week two will continue by learning about their chosen role, spending time either in-cabin, at the stables, or in maintenance. Week three will be spent finishing their training by becoming a junior staff member in their specific role! Maximum 6 boys & 6-12 girls per session |

Equip is Roseau River Bible Camp's gap year discipleship program for young adults. We desire to see more young people equipped to serve in Christ's ministry. Interactive classes, hands on learning and mission exposure are all in store for this fall!
